Celsa Management Services is the scheme management arm of Celsa Property Group. We administer sectional title bodies corporate and homeowners associations across the Western Cape with the same accountability culture we bring to every part of our business.
Our service covers the full lifecycle: levy billing and reconciliation, financial statements, trust accounting, AGM and SGM convening, minute-keeping, owner correspondence, contractor oversight, insurance handling, and trustee support. Owners get clarity. Trustees get reliable execution. Schemes run on time.
We work in line with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, and POPIA. Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.
