- Listing engagement data when you view properties on Property24 via our links: the relevant data sits with Property24 and is governed by their privacy policy.

Who we share information with
- Our team: the practitioner assigned to your enquiry receives the details required to assist you.
- Service providers we rely on to run the business, including conveyancers, bond originators, property inspectors, and our IT and email providers. Each is bound to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the purpose we engage them.
- Regulators and authorities when we are required to do so by law (for example FICA verification, SARS reporting, PPRA inspections, or a court order).
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, plus any retention period the law requires. FICA records are kept for at least five years after the end of the relationship. General enquiries that do not progress to a transaction are deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
Your rights under POPIA
- Ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of that information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to processing for direct marketing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (SA) at inforegulator.org.za.
