Compliance Certificates (COCs)
Every property sold in South Africa needs a stack of compliance certificates before transfer. Buyers want clean documents. Sellers want predictable costs. Celsa Property Group coordinates all of it through accredited installers and inspectors who know our schemes and our standards.
For sellers we organise the certificate panel, schedule the visits, and hand the signed certificates to the transferring attorneys. For lenders requiring a beetle inspection or an electric fence certificate, we manage those add-ons too. Every certificate is issued by the accredited person responsible for the installation, in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and the relevant SANS standards.
Celsa Property Group does not issue certificates ourselves. We organise the people who do, and we sign for nothing we have not personally seen pass.
